Job Description:

To supervise allocated sub-section

Job Responsibilities:

• People management and supervising
• Enforce permit-to-work system
• Maintain staff authorisations on the plant as per legislative requirement
• Co-ordinate and control daily work plan activities
• Maintain the section budget according to PFMA
• Implement plant safety programmes

Job Requirements:

• Planning and technical solutions to problem-solving
• Communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and regulations; plant and employee safety and health; and quality management
• Technical Power Plant Process knowledge and skills
• Financial and budget control and monitoring

Qualification & Experience:

• 5 years post qualification plant related experienc
• National Diploma Technical (Electrical)
