Job Description:

To ensure that customer requirements are satisfied through effective management of resources in accordance with standards, directive, work practices, guidance, policies and service agreements within specific Telecommunication geographic area of discipline

Job Responsibilities:

• Effective supervision, optimisation and utilisations of O&FS resources within the section
• Supervises and verify optimal network performance and availability by utilising specialist knowledge
• Safety, Health, Environment and Quality compliance
• Coaching and mentoring of sections’ staff
• Monitoring customer satisfaction
• Effective financial management of section
• Supervises that proper labour relations are upheld within the section
