Job Description:

To provide and deliver Technical or non-technical training to ensure sufficiently competent employees to undergo on-job coaching and training for authorisation in order to satisfy the business needs for current and future Human Resource sustainability

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer liaison and communication.
  • Apply current relevant training and development technologies and methodologies for effective Learning transfer.
  • Training delivery and facilitation of workgroups.
  • Ensuring end-end Training is concluded.
  • Perform training and development assessments and evaluations.

Job Requirements:

  • Behavioural – Independent working ability, analytical.
  • Attributes: Physical ability, Ability to work at heights.
  • Assessments – proven track record in facilitating courses, assessing learners, moderating course results, satisfying ISO 9001 2008 and accreditation requirements and evaluating providers.
  • Leadership – Ability to manage groups.
  • Ability to distinguish colours.
  • Skills – Planning, interpersonal relations skills, Presentation skills, Facilitation skills, Evaluation skills.
  • Knowledge – In depth knowledge of the field of Facilitation, knowledge ETD methodologies, knowledge of Eskom business.

Qualification & Experience:

  • National N Diploma with Trade Test
  • Technical: Technical Training experience (3 Years).
  • National Diploma Technical
