Job Description:

To manage the protection of Eskom personnel, assets and information according to regulatory and Eskom requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage the Security Operational resources
• To manage the Occupational Health and Safety program
• To implement and maintain Operational Security Performance Management
• To transform the BU/OU’s security plan into as effective Security Operation
• To perform Contract Management

Job Requirements:

• Decision-making versus implementation
• Must have a valid driver’s license and must be able to drive
• Physical ability – fitness to perform operational duties
• Psychologically suitable – perform under stressful and dangerous situations
• No criminal record
• Performance driven
• General and Specialist knowledge of investigation
• Firearm competence (business purposes)
• Communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification & Experience:

• 3 years related experience in Security Operations
• National Diploma Risk Security/Police management at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
• Private Security Industry Regulation Authority (PSIRA) Grade B
