Job Description:

Manage and co-ordinate client specific exports via ocean freight

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing Collections
• Managing Hazardous shipments
• Client communication
• Managing Breakbulk shipments
• Groupage containers
• Managing Cargo Dues
• Shipment invoicing
• FCL / LCL
• Formalize all customs procedures
• Export cargo within metrics

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding
• Self-Motivated and deadline driven
• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms and customs requirements
• Admin skills required to do reports and analysis
• Client communication skills
• Knowledge in container / shipment planning and coordinating
• Comprehensive knowledge of the logistics industry
• Able to work under pressure when required
• Team player with positive attitude
• Person must be organized and be able to manage a desk

Qualification & Experience:

• Grade 12
• Intermediate Computer literacy level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Cargowise1 experience an advantage
