Job Description:
To provide administrative support within in the Human Resources department.
Job Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act & POPI
- Knowledge of HR systems, practices and procedures
- Good of understanding of data privacy & quality management
- Communications Skills
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
- Following Instructions and Procedures
- Attention to Detail
- Planning and Organising
- Working with People
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience
- HR administration (eg: recruitment & selection)
- Experience working with both stakeholders & vendors (internal & external)
- Experience with SAP (Success Factors) (Ideal)
- Experience with Excel, Word & Outlook
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Data capturing & data maintenance
- Experience working within strict SLA’s & deadlines, as well as with highly confidential information
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Client care & query resolution
- 2 – 3 years proven experience within either of the following:
