Job Description:

To provide administrative support within in the Human Resources department.

Job Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act & POPI
  • Knowledge of HR systems, practices and procedures
  • Good of understanding of data privacy & quality management
  • Communications Skills
  • Planning, organising and coordination skills
  • Following Instructions and Procedures
  • Attention to Detail
  • Planning and Organising
  • Working with People

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience
  • HR administration (eg: recruitment & selection)
  • Experience working with both stakeholders & vendors (internal & external)
  • Experience with SAP (Success Factors) (Ideal)
  • Experience with Excel, Word & Outlook
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • Data capturing & data maintenance
  • Experience working within strict SLA’s & deadlines, as well as with highly confidential information
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • Client care & query resolution
  • 2 – 3 years proven experience within either of the following:
