Job Description:
We are looking to recruit an Administration Clerk to work within the Finance department. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure accuracy and pay attention to detail
- To ensure that all vendor invoices received by the department are prepared, scanned and indexed.
- To meet set deadlines based on daily performance targets.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to follow rules and procedures.
- Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations.
- Following Instructions and Procedures.
- Good time management skills.
- High work standards.
- Coping with Pressures and Setbacks.
Qualification & Experience:
- MS Excel experience.
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
