Job Description:

To assist with ensuring compliance to Standard Operating Procedures within our dispensaries and Frontshop and with any administrative tasks within the business process department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To answer calls and deal with e-mail enquiries from stores
  • To assist where needed with compliance on virtual queues
  • To assist stores with general pharmacy and or Front shop training & support where required
  • To follow up with stores where SOP has not been followed
  • To compile and consolidate reports
  • To support & assist with store compliance related queries
  • To assist with and report on queries generating from Pharmacy Operations

Job Requirements:

  • Time management (Essential)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Communication skills (Essential)
  • Flexibility (Desirable)
  • Operational POS system (Desirable)
  • Operations knowledge (Desirable)
  • Microsoft Outlook

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma in office administration or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Matric (Essential)
