Job Responsibilities:

  • To be accountable for the administration for the Client onboarding process and own relationships with Agents
  • To provide pre/post sale support and resolve customer related queries.
  • To work closely with Business Bank divisions to address customer needs accurately and effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Industry knowledge on customer relationship management.
  • Client relationship management principles, methodologies and tactics
  • Customer Related research methodologies
  • Financial / banking products and services
  • Business knowledge, specifically payment services related.
  • Banking knowledge
  • Products and services provided by competitors.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Customer Relations Environment, and 2+ years in a customer relationship management capacity
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Customer Management
  • A relevant qualification in Business Management or Customer Management
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a Customer Relations Environment, and at least 1 year should be in a customer relationship management capacity
