The main purpose of the job is to ensure fast, efficient processing and fulfilling of customer orders, being ever mindful of company standards of appearance and behavior

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Queries resolution
• Maintain Stock levels
• To uphold and promote the company values and culture:
• Manage Non-stock items quotations
• Attend to Customer requirements
• Manage Admin function
• Orders
• Meet Deliveries deadlines
• Managing the delivery of customer goods
• Customer service

Qualification & Experience:

• 3 year’s retail sales experience, in building/construction environment
• Grade 12
