Job Responsibilities:

  • Bespoke tasks based on matter requirements.
  • Track project tasks, progress and deadlines and follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Document and file coding (naming).
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports (as required).
  • Administering various legal platforms, High Q /Legal Tracker/Serengetti.
  • General record keeping relating to data management.
  • Manage the various work streams of a matter and maintain the matter plan.
  • Capturing legal spend within SAP AGB ,Raising PR, Receipting invoices ,Maintain spend data to matter ,Follow up with Global Shared Services regarding payment.
  • To provide legal project management support and coordination on matters with a view to ensuring outcomes are met.

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification is highly desirable.
  • Proven admin/secretarial experience in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint.
  • Advanced Microsoft packages (365).
  • Ability to prioritise work appropriately.
  • SAP Procurement an advantage.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ideally undergraduate degree qualified or other recognised further studies.
  • Proven experience in a multinational corporation desirable.
  • Be confident and resilient under pressure.
  • High Q experience an advantage.
  • Proven experience working in support of senior management.
