Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance of the teams within work area with external (legislative, regulatory, permitting) local requirements as a minimum level of site performance
- Develop team members
- Implement management processes for employee & contractor management within work area
- Define requirements for completing approved work as per Operating Model Planning process
- Collect and summarise the specific risks within working area and implement plans/system to avoid these risks
- Manage Safety & Health systems within work area
- Develop and adopt measures for work planning quality within the discipline
- Drive delivery the sustainability activities as relevant to discipline and set out in the Life of Asset Plan to improve sustainability performance over time
- Participate in stakeholder engagements as relevant to discipline and act consistently with sustainability expectations
- Develop strategy implementation details (tactics and work packages) for work management
- Support the development of, and ultimately implement, a purpose-led, high-performing culture within the teams that is aligned with the company values, is inclusive and promotes diversity
- Intervene to improve work planning measures that are not stable or capable
Job Requirements:
- 3 years relevant experience in Resourcing
- MS Projects
- SAP Production experience
Qualification & Experience:
- Trade test certificate
- N4 Engineering Studies
- Grade 12/N3 (Technical Matric)
- Valid South African Driver’s License
