Job Responsibilities:

  • Check contractor timesheets weekly.
  • Maintain a contractor’s resource spreadsheet which aligns to operations managers resource spreadsheet. approved hours
  • Resolve all timesheet queries weekly as well as monthly
  • Weekly timesheet checks
  • Send account creation form to IT with relevant details.
  • Send timesheet reminders
  • Ensure that countersigned documents are received and distributed to the correct parties involved.
  • Distribute contractor account and login details and welcome pack to the relevant parties
  • Responsible for creating annexure for all 3rd Party contractors.
  • At month end unsure that contractor time sheets and invoices align as well as ensuring that the hours booked are in line with the agreements
  • Chase all outstanding timesheets

Qualification & Experience:

  • Running month end in the absence of the Operations Lead
  • Must have a degree in Business Administration/Operations
  • Must have minimum on 0–1 years working experience in an Operations Department
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration (Required)
  • Understanding the Month End process and all stages involved
  • Must have Matric Certificate
