Alexander Forbes Vacancies – Client Investment Analyst

Job Description:

Provide support to senior staff of Alexander Forbes Investments’ Delegated solutions team for their client reportbacks, as well as to senior and principal consultants on Advisory clients. Contribute to the profitability of Alexander Forbes by providing a professional, quality service to clients; client satisfaction, retention and expansion; keeping abreast of developments in industry; ensuring at all times that Alexander Forbes’ standards are maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

• Following up queries and resolving problems of clients
• Client Relationships
• Regular communication and correspondence with clients, both formal and informal
• Delivering of service and commitments to the client
• Maintaining existing client base
• Assist senior team in ensuring that clients understand the nature of the portfolios in which they are invested
• Keeping abreast of all investments developments / self development
• Developing relationships with all clients
• Assist senior team member with reportbacks to delegated clients and/or advice clients
• Ensuring timeous response to client queries and requests
• Assist senior team in keeping clients updated with developments in investments

Job Requirements:

• Fulfils his/her duties in such a manner that the relevant TCF outcomes are delivered
• Ensuring tasks are completed to satisfaction
