Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior copywriter is responsible for producing engaging, clear text for different marketing and product collateral, retirement fund educational collateral as well as internal employee engagement communication. Across multiple channels digital and print.

Job Responsibilities:

• Applying a plain language and adherence to our writing style across all communication and considering audiences.
• Conceptualizing and brainstorming creative ideas.
• Apply storytelling to build our brands authenticity where applicable
• Presenting ideas as required.
• Understanding SEO and keyword searching to apply across web and social content.
• Researching and sourcing material for writing.
• Understanding our brand, customer value proposition as it relates to each business area and bringing it to life – staying true to our brand.
• Working closely with designers to deliver business requirements.
• Engaging with key stakeholders across the group as required to ensure effective delivery against brief.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to manage projects from start to finish.
• Interpreting briefs correctly.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the communications field (for example, a BA or BJourn degree with subjects like English, Marketing, Journalism, Publishing, Linguistics etc.)
• Good understanding of retirement fund (employee benefits) industry.
• Five to ten years’ professional (corporate or agency) experience in writing, editing and proofreading.
• Good understanding of Marketing and Communications disciplines.
