Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for partnering effectively with the respective business leaders, implementation and execution of Human Capital Strategy to meet business requirements in collaboration with Human Capital Business Partners, Learning &Development and BU Leadership teams
- Provide professional Human Capital advisory services at a senior level through the application of Human Capital processes and policies
- Coordinate the preparation and approval of the EE plan
- Support the development and programs related to the SDG’s through Sustainability reporting
- Ensure legislative and internal compliance with the EE Act, SD Act, and B-BBEE Act
- Prepare Operating Companies numerical goals and targets
- Ensures that Human Capital Strategy and policies are implemented within the business and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Advise senior management in relation to Human Capital Strategy and relevant Human Capital topics, i.e., diversity &inclusion, talent acquisition, performance management, management structures, talent management and skills development.
- Monitor transformation and B-BBEE legislative changes and updates

Qualification & Experience:
- Knowledge of the relevant HC legislation including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, Labour Relations Act and Skills Development Act
- B-BBEE MDP an added advantage
- Intermediary level of proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanities/ Industrial Psychology/ Organisational Behaviour
- Basic project management
- Change management experience
