Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that processes, and routine maintenance activities are executed according to schedule, in order to achieve the agreed service levels.
• Technical CSI contribution to improve system ability
• Deliver support to the client’s business users for the Billing System, by guiding them on the use of the system
• Support SA and Pre-Sales project from an operations point of view

Job Requirements:

• Oracle/Linux Certification
• Prior development or maintenance experience for telecommunications system will be advantageous
• eTOM /ITIL Certification advantageous
• Possess an understanding of communication protocols such as diameter protocol, SS7, CAMEL etc
• Have basic IT skills for Database, Network. Proficient in at least one programing language like SQL, C, java, C++, Shell
• Knowledgeable in Oracle PL/SQL scripting
• Able to code in UNIX shell and/or java scripting
• Tertiary qualification in IT
• Strong communication skills
• Good team player and strong work ethic
